Motivation:
As a Lead Teacher, I enjoy seeing the results of our healthy school choices...students working together, jr. high students mentoring elementary students, students deciding to drink milk at school, parents ordering or packing nutritious lunches, parents volunteering for our Kids' Cooking Club, Jr. high students preparing healthy food, students actively participating in a variety of school sports, and all Burdett School staff and students actively participating in our fun Friday activities together.

School wide walk around the community with the principals.
Active living days are organized to keep the school and community active.
Take advantage of Moving and Choosing resources to bring in Yoga instructors and healthy snack and lunch facilitators.
