Resistance bands are an inexpensive, versatile tool for active learning opportunities in the classroom or gym. They provide many ways to make learning FUN across subject area. Use resistance bands to get your students moving and learning and having FUN all at the same time! Included in this kit is a classroom set of 30 resistance bands, resource booklet and exercise sheet.
